In addition, we offer value-added services that include application and system performance testing and root cause analysis for the resolution of the information system and technology level issues.

Micron Infocom provides both onsite or remote, application and infrastructure management services directly to enterprise organizations and supports Software-as-a-service, Break-Fix and Managed service providers. Especially for the organization that remotely manages the full technology infrastructure environment, extending from desktops to servers & switches to load balancers. Micron Infocom was formed in 2009 as an IT training & consulting services provider with the prerequisite of creating an IT services organization that can deliver a quality and cost-effective service to our customers.
