Technical Credits can be used for project work, changes, implementations upgrades and a range of IT but non-support related occurrences.
Pre paid and discounted engineering time to be used for those tasks outside of break-fix support or managed services including:
- Additional resources or hands to the pump possibly for rollouts or office moves. Upgrades, project work or implementations of new equipment
- Possibly you might want a specific skill for a task or simply you may want to cover periods of staff absence for holidays or sickness.
- Credits are valid for up to, two years and discounts are given for bulk.
