Agreement basics

Practical terms for a security-first business.

These terms keep website use, service discussions and engagement expectations clear before formal work begins.

Website information

The information on this website is provided for general business understanding of our cybersecurity, compliance, infrastructure and digital solution capabilities. It does not create a professional engagement by itself.

Service scope

Actual service scope, timelines, responsibilities, deliverables and commercial terms are defined separately through proposal, statement of work, purchase order, agreement or other written confirmation.

Authorized security testing only

Micron Infosec performs security testing, assessment and validation activities only with proper authorization, agreed scope and defined boundaries. We do not support unauthorized access, testing or misuse of systems.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required approvals, lawful authorization, access permissions, backups where needed and timely coordination for the agreed engagement.

Confidentiality

Information shared during discussions or engagements is handled with reasonable confidentiality expectations. Specific confidentiality obligations may be defined in a separate agreement or engagement document.

No guaranteed outcome

Cybersecurity work reduces risk but cannot guarantee complete security, full compliance, uninterrupted availability or prevention of all incidents. Findings and recommendations are based on the agreed scope and information available at the time.

Third-party and open-source tools

Some services may involve third-party, commercial, community or open-source technologies. Tool selection, licensing, subscriptions, support expectations and operational ownership should be reviewed as part of the engagement.

Intellectual property

Website content, design, text, graphics and brand elements belong to Micron Infosec or their respective owners. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Micron Infosec is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or business-loss damages arising from website use or reliance on general website information.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page and will apply from the date it is made available.
